Kangin and Sungmin both revealed on SBS 'Intimate Note', their first impression of each other.
At the recent recording for 'Intimate Note', Kangin and Sungmin mentioned that they met in 2001, before debut.
Kangin said " Sungmin's really pretty and good looking, sometimes i thought 'should i be here too...'" and sungmin said "Kangin hyung's really a kkotminam before debut" so their first impression of each other is good.
Commenting on Kangin and Sungmin's awkward relationship, Heechul said "I've never seen just Kangin and Sungmin together. Their personalities are totally different. To put it simply, they're like oil and water" and Leader Leeteuk mentioned "Sungmin's delicate and meticulous while Kangin's manly and easy-going"
