Singer Rain has been voted at #2 position currently for an online poll for American magazine TIME’s 100 most influential people.
Rain was at #2 position on the poll done on TIME official site on the 6th with 36 points average and 3.68 million votes, right after Moot, the founder of ‘4chan’ with 80 points average at 5.54 million votes.
