Seoul, captivating Asian’s mind in focus of overseas market, in 2009 releases overseas promotions launched on June 15th (Mon) started from China, went through Japan in concentration of TV advertisement.
Seoul: “a city which alives for 24 hours”, “transcending time and space, breaking the boundary of ancient and modern city”, “Seoul a city in where there are thousand kinds of experiences beyond the limit” are the new launching campaigns for the shortened concept “Seoul, Infinitely Yours” (Endless Seoul).
The concept of China CF is experiencing all elements at once, you can enjoy variety of pleasures without limits in the city. For Japan, a city where in a stimulus to increase desire to visit again exists. For the South East Asia CF is a trendy Seoul, the leading in Korean waves where surprises never end. While for the West (America) is a unique culture for you whose mind has no limit for curiousity. These different concepts are localized to 4 different TV CFs which is scheduled to air soon today.
The unusual thing about the CF is–to promote Seoul to the rest of Asia–TVXQ, SNSD, and Super Junior, so many Korean wave stars were casted to appear as cameo.
South Eastern Asia CF Concept
Key concept: Seoul, Where surprises never end.
Shooting location: Myeondong, Deoksugoong Doldamgil, Cheonggyecheon, Han river, Banpo moonlight rainbow fountain (T/N: sorry I’m not sure for the area place’s names)
Cameo: SNSD who transformed from mannequins, TVXQ, Super Junior
Japan CF Concept.
Key concept: Seoul, where there’s no limit for something new
Shooting location: Deoksugoong, Dongdaemon shooping area, Hotspring.
Cameo: TVXQ’s passionate concert performance at Banpo moonlight rainbow fountain
China CF Concept
Key concept: Seoul, where’s the end of fun?
Shooting Location: Hanjeong, Shopping area, Club.
Cameo: TVXQ as hair stylists and transformed the hairstyle of Chinese tourists. Super Junior who appeared at club and were enjoying the surroundings.
