[News] Hankyung, Siwon, Ryewook & Kyuhyun 12+ Conference Interview

May 14, 2009 at 4.30pm Park Paragon, Siam Paragon – Thai ELF has taken over the area to welcome super stars from Kimchi land SUPER JUNIOR with Siwon Ryeowook Hankyung and Kyuhyun for the press conference opening the new product ‘Twelve Plus Mini Stick with Nano Anti-bacteria Plus Collagen’. Other than 4 boys from Super Junior, there’s also a hot Thai super star like Aum Patcharapa Chaicheua, joins the crew as the only girl presenter.

The atmosphere of the event today was enjoyable for everyone even though it rains from the morning. This had not discouraged Thai ELFs to anticipate in the front seats. The event started off with cover dances from Pandora, winner of 12+ cover dance contest. After some practice with screaming, it was time for the real thing – 4 presenters from Super Junior: Siwon, Ryeowook, Hankyung, and Kyuhyun, including Aum to come up and introduce the new product themselves.
Mr. Vichian, Marketing director of 12+ made a statement about his marketing plan with “IDOL Advertisement” – “The campiagn has been very well received. This is greatly improved compared to last time” This has confirmed the popularity and effectiveness of presenters to young people target group.

During the talk about behind-the-scene of 12+ CF shooting, Hankyung who came for first time as 12+ presenter said “This is the first time for me and Ryeowook. When Siwon and Kyuhyun came last time and went back to Korea, they told me how fun it was while shooting. There were many fans who came to see us and that we wouldn’t be disappointed. When we really come here it really is like that. So many fans came to the scene and welcome us. This morning we also went to the orphanage home. The kids were very lovely and happy. If I have future opportunities I’d like to visit them again.”

Siwon expressed his feeling for being able to work with a thai super star like Aum, “I’m very happy to being able to work with Ms.Aum. She’s not only very popular in Thailand but she’s also famous in Korea. She’s very confident and charming. It makes me and all of us feel so fun while working.”

Aum told us how she prepared for the shoot “I had to take a lot of rest and sleep, stay healthy, to build confidence in myself too. I thought working with foreigners would be hard but it actually isn’t at all. Everyone is very friendly.” Siwon, who’s very impressed with one of the scenes, said “I really love my character in this CF, especially when I was the only one who has to take Yoga class with Aum. This makes me love my character in here” (he acted it out with Hankyung).

When asked about the difference in singing and shooting CF, Ryeowook said “My expertise is singing but shooting CF this time is also fun. Also Siwon and Kyuhyun told me all about how fun it was to shoot 12+ CF. When it’s my turn to do it for real, i feel very impressed” Kyuhyun continued to please ELF in Thai “Kid-teung jing jing” [means "I really miss you"] and also told us how he prepared for the shoot, “Actually our 3rd album has been released in Korea and we’ve been very busy. We still had some time to prepare for this shoot. We also just released a new single ‘It’s You’ so I want everyone to help support it as well” He pleaded to his fans.

After finishing the interview, MC asked them to show the dance of their 3rd album SOrry, SOrry live on stage for the first time in Thailand. All 4 of them performed Sorry, Sorry dance vigorously with the product in their hands, causing a loud SCREAM over the area.

When the dance ended, Siwon left a short message for Thai fans to scream some more “All 13 members of Super Junior will SOON visit Thailand together. Please wait for us! Thank you all Thai fans who always welcome us and make us feel good and warm every time we come here. Please also support 12+ mini-stix Nano Antibacteria + Collagen too!” [-*- what a long name]

Mr. Vichian also said about the morning session when SJ went to the orphanage home. They brought together from donations the clothes and money of over 100k Baht. Kyuhyun added “Even though we came to Thailand very often, it is the first time that we get to do good deeds and visited the orphans who are very lovely. I’d like to visit them more if I have good opportunities like this.”

After some talk, MC showed us video clip of 12+ CF Shoot Behind The Scene, which caused a lot of laughter to both presenters and the fans.

Hankyung said “It was fun all the time while shooting. I really didn’t think it would be this much fun. But after I see myself in the clip just now I think it’s even funnier than while we were shooting (laugh laugh)” Siwon expressed his impression “The scene i was most impressed was when I was with Ms.Aum (smileeee)” Ryeowook added, “When Ms.Aum held Siwon’s arms I was so jealous!” But Kyuhyun cut the talk with a joke “But I wasn’t…” This made all the fans there laugh.

Before leaving, they left a message to Thai girls. Siwon said “The charm of Thai girls??? It’s here in front of me.. so many… (screamsss)” Kyuhyun said “There are so many fans who welcome us warmly. We’d like to thank you everyone”. Siwon closed the interview as a professional presenter, “All 4 of us will love any girls who use 12+ mini stix Nano antibacteria + collagen.. During the event, both Siwon and Kyuhyun regularly teased their fans. They also imitated their acts in the shoot which caused and uproar of screams over Park Paragon area. There’s also an impressive dance of Sorry,Sorry from the boys.
